- A late check-in fee of R$ 80.00 applies:

- after 6:00 PM during the low season;

- After 8:00 PM during the high season.

Valid until 10:00 PM. After this time, check-in will only be possible on the following day.

Parking spaces are private, numbered, and intended for passenger vehicles. If you are traveling with a utility vehicle, SUV, or pickup truck, please contact our team in advance to verify parking compatibility;

Visitors are not allowed during the stay;

Parties and events are not permitted on the property;

Smoking is allowed only on balconies;

A photo ID for all guests must be submitted prior to arrival;

The reservation holder must provide a valid identification document (clear photo or PDF file). Access to the property will not be permitted without this document;

The condominium requires guests to wear an identification wristband throughout their stay.
